Leesa Shackelford is the founder of Premier BK Plus and a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across payroll, accounting operations, HR management, and financial reporting.
Leesa has supported organizations ranging from local businesses to large-scale corporate operations, including managing payroll teams responsible for processing payroll for 9,000+ employees across North America. She brings deep expertise in payroll systems, reporting, compliance, benefits administration, accounts payable/receivable, and operational management, along with a reputation for being detail-driven, organized, and highly dependable.
Throughout her career, Leesa has led complex projects such as system transitions, process automation, and improving internal workflows to help teams operate more efficiently and accurately. Her background includes leadership roles in payroll supervision, HR and accounting management, operations management, and financial product strategy within major financial institutions.
